Steve is an innovation practitioner and certified coach who has been helping teams and leaders see differently and solve wicked problems. He spent 24 years with Procter & Gamble building capability and leading product / organization innovation efforts, created Fifth Third Bank’s innovation practice as Head of Innovation, and was Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership.

His greatest joy is helping people, teams, and organizations work at their very best and fulfill their purpose. He knows that organizations can thrive if leaders see their organizations as interconnected systems, adopt a human-centered mindset, and unleash the potential of their people.

Steve holds an Executive and Organizational Coaching certification from Columbia University, a Master of Design from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. He has lectured on innovation leadership at professional organizations and universities including Stanford University, Northwestern University, and Babson College.
